For roles Westgold deems hard to fill, the referral reward will include an additional payment of $5,000.
The designation of a role as hard to fill will be determined by Westgold prior to advertising the vacancy and referenced on Workday.
How and when are referral payments made?
Referral rewards apply to all roles except entry-level or trainee positions. The referred candidate must be hired into an approved vacancy that matches the role they were referred for.
What kind of roles qualify for referral rewards?
All full-time, part-time, permanent, and fixed-term employees of Westgold are eligible to participate. However, department managers and above, contractors, and employees referring internal transfers or returning staff (within 12 months) are excluded.
