Recognising the diversity of our workforce and that many have loved ones outside Western Australia, we offer an additional 3 days of leave to employees who are required to travel interstate for compassionate leave.
Compassionate leave is granted when an immediate family or household member experiences a personal illness, sustains a life-threatening injury, or passes away. This leave is intended to support employees during any of these serious circumstances.
